Guy Dudley, Founder & President
Guy founded Stone Development on the fundamental principle of improving the lives of those around him. He is dedicated and determined to provide organized and well planned project planning from conception to completion. He began his career in Ohio as a construction manager, and now integrates that experience into every phase of the development life cycle. His goal is to foster successful relationships and empower his employees, contractors, owners, and customers. Guy holds a MS in Construction Engineering & Project Management, BS in Architectural Engineering, and BA in Business Economics from the University of Texas. He is LEED AP certified, a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, and is a former member of the Land Development Code Advisory Group for the City of Austin. Guy is active at Austin Christian Fellowship, and serves on mission trips to build churches and schools in Nicaragua.
Austin Kidd, Vice President
Austin holds a Bachelor of Journalism in Public Relations from the University of Texas and a Bachelor of Theology from Laurel University. Prior to joining Stone Development, he worked as a project manager for a commercial construction company in Argentina. While living in Argentina, Austin also passionately served God as an ordained minister on mission for 12 years building churches, orphanages and soup kitchens.
Matthew A. Romansky, Vice President
Matt has broad construction experience ranging from Property Management to Directional Drilling. He has been involved in multiple startups including CEN TEX Drilling, a local Directional Drilling Company that he ran for eight years as an Owner/Operator. Matt has a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing. He has served the community as a Football Coach, Boy Scout Master and is the Central Texas Representative for The University of Notre Dame in their Play Like A Champion Today Program, a character development program. Matt uses his leadership and team building experience to help Stone Development continue in their tradition of excellence through a focus on ethics, communication, relationships and efficiency.
Leigh Rhodes, Executive Assistant
Leigh has over 25 years of construction, banking, office administration and real estate experience including the start up of several construction & development companies. Leigh focuses on meeting the strategic needs of the organization, and is responsible for the daily assistance to all organizational levels in order to create, promote, and deliver on the Stone Development Groups business plan.
Her proficiency in finance, construction and computer platforms make her a valuable asset to the team. Leigh holds a BA in Real Estate Finance from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia.
Leigh is active in her local church, and serves as a coach for the a girl’s fast pitch softball recreation and select league. She is also a professional photographer specializing in school senior photos and local weddings.
